社会经济和文化的落后、管理上的落后,从根本上限制了我国林业发展的规模和速度。培育森林周期长、一次性收获,是林业生产最主要的特点,决定了林业发展的艰巨性。研究林业发展存在的问题,目的在于引起我们的反思,寻找林业发展的突破口,重视对策。

摘  要：
The scale and rate of China's forestry development are radically restricted by the backwardness of economy and culture and by poor management .The long rotation of forestry growing and having yield only once, which lead to the difficulty of forestry developmont, are the main forestry characteristics. Our analysis of unfavourable factors of forestry development is aimed at looking for the way of further forestry development.
