摘  要：
采用国际惯用的财务分析方法 ,对广西沿海地区桉树外商营林投资进行经济效益分析 ,并对项目的生态效益和社会效益进行评价 ;结果表明 :项目的纯利润为 7975 .4 1元 /hm2 ,内部收益率为 2 3.6 4 % ,净现值为 2 374 .6 6元 /hm2 ,项目具有较强的抗风险能力 ,项目经济效益明显 ,并具有显著的生态效益和社会效益。

摘  要：
The methods of international financial analysis are used here to analyze the economic returns of the foreign investment of Eucalyptus silviculture in the coastal areas of GuangXi,to evaluate the ecological & social effects of this project. The results show that the net profit of this project is 7 975.41$/hm 2,the internal rate of return is 23.64%,and the present net worth is 2 374.66 $/hm 2. This project enjoys a strong anti risk capability, rich economic returns and noticeable ecological and social effects.
