海上稠油油田电加热改善原油流动性技术研究

摘  要:
针对海上稠油油田水平井开发过程中存在的流体进泵难、泵效低、举升难度大等问题,以改善稠油井井筒流体流动性为目标,结合现有电加热技术,研发了一种水平井全井段电加热工艺,水平段采用大功率电缆加热,井筒段辅以小功率电缆伴热。根据能量守恒定律,建立了电泵井全井段电加热井筒流体温度计算模型,并对电加热后井筒流体流动性改善效果进行了评价。E油田A01井实例计算表明,采用全井段电加热工艺后,泵吸入口温度由53.7℃提高到68.4℃,泵吸入口流体黏度由624.3mPa·s降低至325.2mPa·s,井口温度由42℃提高到63℃,油井产量增加了15.4%。全井段电加热工艺可以有效改善井筒流体流动性,提高电泵举升效率,更好地释放油井产能,提高油田开发效益。

摘  要:
In view of the problems of the intake difficulty of fluid pumping,low pump efficiency and difficulty of oil lifting in the production of heavy oil in offshore horizontal wells,by taking the improvement of flowability of wellbore fluid in heavy oil wells as the object and combined with available electric heating technology,an electric heating process for horizontal well was developed.The horizontal section was heated by high-power cable,and the wellbore was supplemented with small-power cable for heating.According to the law of conservation of energy,a calculation model of the wellbore fluid temperature calculation of the horizontal ESP well was established for the whole well electric heating and the effect of improving wellbore fluid fluidity after electric heating was evaluated.The example calculation of Well A01 in E Oilfield shows that after the whole well electric heating process is used,the fluid temperature of ESP suction inlet increases from 53.7℃to 68.4℃,the fluid viscosity of ESP suction inlet decreases from 624.3 mPa·s to 325.2 mPa·s,wellhead temperature increases from 42℃to 63℃,and well fluid production increases 15.4%.The whole well electric heating technology can effectively improve the wellbore oil fluidity,raise ESP lifting efficiency,better release the productivity of oil wells and improve the benefit of oil field development.
