蜂胶乙醇提取液防治酒精性脂肪肝分子机理的研究

摘  要:
旨在研究蜂胶乙醇提取液干预22周龄Wistar雄性大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型,探讨蜂胶乙醇提取液对酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠肝脏内乙醇和脂肪代谢的作用,及其分子机理。实验分为三组:自然对照组、酒精性脂肪肝模型组和蜂胶乙醇提取液治疗组。本实验脂肪肝模型采用55°白酒与猪油混合灌胃,建立模型;采用蜂胶乙醇提取液干预8周,麻醉解剖采血,测定主要血液生化指标,制作肝脏切片,利用分子芯片技术筛选具有防治酒精性脂肪肝作用的关键基因。结果表明:蜂胶乙醇提取液能有效促进乙醇的分解代谢,降低脂肪酸的合成水平,对防治酒精性脂肪肝的脂肪变和纤维化有显著作用。

摘  要:
This paper aims to study the interventional effects of ethanol extracts from propolis on alcoholic fatty liver induced on 22 weeks old male Wistar rats, investigate the function of ethanol extracts from propolis on ethanol and fat metabolism in rat liver and related molecular mechanism underneath. Animals were divided into three groups, designated as the control group, induced model group and the treatment group. The induced model was established by feeding the rats with 55 degrees of liquor and lard by gavage. After the alcoholic fatty liver was induced successfully, rats were then treated with ethanol extracts from propolis for 8 weeks before dissection. Blood biochemical indexes were measured and paraffin sections of liver tissue were prepared. Molecular chip technology was applied to screen the key functional genes involved in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Results indicated that ethanol extracts from propolis were capable of promoting the catabolism of ethanol, reducing the synthesis of fatty acid and exhibiting significant effects on steatosis and fibrosis induced by alcoholic fatty liver.
