湖南浏阳烟区气候土壤因素和烟叶质量特点

摘  要:
分析了湖南浏阳烟区植烟的基本条件、气候因素、土壤养分状况及所产烟叶的质量特点.结果表明:1)浏阳烟区无霜期222~241 d,大于10℃积温为5 123~5 447℃,日均温大于20℃时间为140~160 d.地貌类型多为丘陵山区,土壤类型主要为黄红壤,pH 5.2~6.8,呈微酸至中性反应,土壤含氯量低,为烤烟适宜或最适宜生长类型区.2)该烟区年平均太阳辐射总量为497.2 kJ/cm2,年总日照时数平均为1 534.71 h,年平均降水量为1 592.09 mm,较强的太阳辐射、较长的日照时数可能是该区域烟叶香气质好、吃味醇厚的主要气候外因,而相对较多的降水量可能是该烟区烟叶香气量略显不足的主要限制因子.3)该烟区土壤有机质含量高,富氮,丰磷,缺钾;多数中微量元素含量丰富,但普遍缺乏有效硼,偏低土壤占92.68%,26.43%的土壤缺乏有效钼,约1/3土壤水溶性氯偏低.4)该烟区烟叶颜色橘黄,外观品质佳;各化学成分含量较适宜,组成比例协调;浓香型风格突出,配伍性强,感官评吸质量较好.

摘  要:
Basic conditions for tobacco-growing areas,meteorological factorss,tatus of soil nutrients and quality of tobacco leaves were analyzed in Liuyang,Hunan province.The results showed that:1) In liuyang tobacco-growing areasf,rost-free period was 222~241 d,accumulated temperature of ≥10 ℃ was 5 123~5 447 ℃,period of time with daily average contents of most medium-micro elements were rich.But the contents of available B were obviously low,the contents of exchangeable Ca and exchangeable Mg were poor,the contents of the water soluble Cl was rich for 2/3 of the soil samples,and poor the other 1/3.4) Liuyang tobacco leaves had distinguishing features of high appearance quality with orange color,reasonable chemical constituents,rich flavor,and good sensory evaluation.
