蓖麻蚕个体发育中蜕皮甾类滴度的变化

摘  要:
用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定了蓖麻蚕(Philosamia cynthia rieini)从卵期到成虫个体发育整个过程的蜕皮甾类(MH)水平。卵期在6天时有一个MH峰。一龄到四龄各龄均有一个MH峰,出现在停食前一天,导致幼虫蜕皮。五龄期有两个MF峰。第一个小峰出现在第三天,使进食的幼虫向预蛹转化;第二个高峰在上簇两天后,导致蛹表皮的形成。与其它鳞翅目昆虫一样,蛹期只有一个MH峰,发生在蛹期的前半段。成虫期血淋巴内MH含量很低。

摘  要:
The level of ecdysterioids in Philosamia cynthia ricini was determined by radioimmunoas-say from the newly laid egg to the adult. The peak of ecdysteroids during embryogenesis was found on the sixth day after oviposition. From the first to the fourth larval instars only one peak of ecdysteroids was found in the middle of each instar, usually one day before cessation of feeding, presumably responsible for the larva-to-larva moults. Two peaks in the hae-molymph were recorded in the fifth, instar, the subtle first peak occurred on the third day after the fourth moult, marking the transition into the prepupal stage, and the greater second peak appeared on the second day after gut-emptying, presumably responsible for pupal cuticle formation. In common with other lepidopterous species, this insect has a single large ecdy-stsroid peak during the first half of the pupal stage. Low ccdysteroid levels were found in the adult hacmolymph from both sexes.
