棉铃虫对Bt毒素抗性遗传方式的研究

摘  要:
在室内条件下,采用对Bt毒素产生253倍的抗性棉铃虫种群,研究其对Cry1Ac的抗性遗传方式。结果表明,互交后代(抗性雄蛾×敏感雌蛾和抗性雌蛾×敏感雄蛾)的效应显性值DML分别为0.14和0.11,二者差异不显著,表明抗性为常染色体,不完全隐性遗传;对正反交F1代的回交后代、正反交F1代的自交后代生长发育期望值与实际值进行χ2分析,表明抗性由单基因控制。

摘  要:
Inheritance of resistance to the Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) crystal protein was studied in Cotton bollworm(CBW) Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner),a population with 253-fold resis-tance to Cry1Ac than a control susceptible strain.The progeny of reciprocal F1 crosses(resistant male×susceptible female and resistant female×susceptible male) responded alike in bioassays,with values of 0.14 and 0.11 for DML,respectively,which indicated autosomal inheritance and incomplete recessive.Chi-square analysis of growth and development of progeny from backcross(F1×Resistant strain) and self-cross of backcross suggested that resistance was controlled primarily by one major loci.
