According to the present situation that includes the forest classification management, public welfare forest distribution and protection, and implementation of forest ecological benefit compensation in Lanping county, this paper has analyzed the difficulties and problems existing in compensation implementation of ecological benefit of public welfare forest from policy, management, mechanism and so on, then it also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems.
