4U-2B型马铃薯收获机的设计

摘  要:
4U-2B型马铃薯收获机是结合我国配套动力及马铃薯收获工艺的实际情况设计的一种新型马铃薯收获机具。其与48kW以上的轮式拖拉机配套使用,1次性作业可以完成挖掘、升运、分离、放条等多项作业。为此,阐述了马铃薯收获机的设计原理和设计思想,介绍了其技术参数及结构特点,为马铃薯收获机的研制提供参考依据。

摘  要:
4U-2B potato harvester, referring to the matching power and potato harvesting technics in China, is a new potato harvester. Matching with the wheeled tractor above 48kW, it is able to finish multi-operation once, such as digging, lifting, and separating. It efficiently realizes the technology of potato segment harvest, and is an ideal tool for harvesting the potato. Hence, this paper elaborates the design principle and thinking of potato harvester, and introduces its technical parameters and structure characteristics. It provides references for developing the potato harvester.
