摘  要:
干燥技术是一门广泛应用于粮食、农副产品、食品等加工行业的综合性技术,在我国正处于大力发展和进一步提高技术水平、降低能耗的阶段。本文比较全面地介绍了我国农产品干燥技术的现状,典型设备以及理论研究与电子计算机应用方面的进展情况,并对今后的发展方向提出了建议。

摘  要:
Drying is a comprehensive technology widely used in agricultural products and by-products and food processing as well as other processing industry. It is on the stage of energetically popularizing, improving technical level further, and reducing energy consumption in our country. This paper summarized the present situation of drying technology of agricultural products, typical eguipments, theoretical research and the application of electronic computer in our country, and it also gave some suggestions on the developing trend of drying technology in the future.
