猕猴桃源库关系的变化对果实特性的影响

摘  要:
通过调整叶果比、环剥和应用CPPU等处理 ,研究了源库关系的变化对‘秦美’猕猴桃果实特性的影响。结果表明 ,源库关系的变化对果实大小的影响大于对品质和其他特性的影响 ;结果蔓上叶果比2~ 4∶1可以满足果实正常生长发育的需要 ;果实库力是影响果实大小的主要因素。对果实细胞数目与果实大小、硬度与Ca含量之间的关系进行了讨论。

摘  要:
The adjustment of leaf/fruit ratio, girdling and the application of CPPU were taken to investigate the influence of sink or source change on fruit characteristics in'Qinmei'( Actinidia deliciosa ). The results showed that the fruit size fluctuated more remarkably than fruit quality and other characteristics after different treatments. The leaf/fruit ratio 2-4∶1 in fruiting lateral could meet the normal demand of fruit growth and development. The competitive ability of fruit not source strength is a major factor determining the final fruit size. The relationship between cell number and fruit size as well as that between hardness and Ca content was discussed.
