基于海绵城市建设下的城市河道景观改造思路

摘  要：
河南省洛阳市中州渠修建于20世纪50年代,担负了排水、灌溉等主要任务。然而随着城市的发展,工业及生活废水排放量越来越多,中州渠现有的条件已无法解决城市排污问题,原本清澈的中州渠成了一渠死水,景观、安全、生态各个方面的问题急需解决。为此从实用的思路出发,在海绵城市建设理念下,以低影响开发为原则,以提升中州渠沿岸景观价值为目标,对中州渠部分区段进行改造设计,让中州渠在飞速发展的城市中更好地增添城市活力、提升城市价值。

摘  要：
Luoyang city Zhongzhou Drainage was built in the 1950 s and undertook the main tasks of drainge and irrigation.However,with the development of the city,the discharge of city's industrial and domestic wastewater were increasely raised and the existing condition had been unbled to solve the problem of urban sewage.The original clear Zhongzhou canal had become stagnant water,so the problem of landscape,security and ecological need to be urgently resolved.In this paper,from the practical train of thought,under the concept of sponge city construction and the principle of low impact development,modified part of the canal to enhance the vitality of the city and increase it's value in the rapid developing of the city.
