面向竹木产业融合的特色专业人才培养模式研究——以工业设计专业为例

摘  要:
地方高校人才培养应着眼于区域经济发展、加强产教融合、强化特色专业建设。面向浙江省竹木产业融合的工业设计专业人才培养,通过分析当前校企合作育人的问题,凝练竹木特色专业方向,明确专企生师四者核心定位与权益,共建校企协同育人平台与特色化培养方案。培养目标、程体系、教学模式、教材建设、实践教学、师资团队、教学成果转化、人才信息追踪评价等方面进行动态调整,对提高人才质量,助力区域产业经济发展,提升高校育人品牌有重要作用。

摘  要:
The cultivation of talents in local universities should focus on regional economic development, strengthen the integration of production and education, and strengthen the construction of specialties. In order to cultivate the industrial design professionals of bamboo and wood industry integration in Zhejiang Province, the current problems of school-enterprise cooperative education were analyzed, the directions of professional characteristics were refined, the core positioning and rights of the four stakeholders, i.e. school, enterprise, students and teachers, were clarified. The aim is to build a school-enterprise collaborative education platform, and a characteristic training program, from the perspectives of training objectives, curriculum system, teaching mode, teaching material construction, practical teaching, teacher team, transformation of teaching achievements, talent information tracking and evaluation, etc. This is an effective measure to improve the quality of talents, promote the development of regional industrial economy, and enhance the educational brand of colleges and universities.
