基于GPRS的农村人口管理系统设计

摘  要：
随着经济的发展和农村人口的不断变化,农村人口的管理工作越来越困难。传统的基于Web服务的管理系统不能适应适时动态管理的需要。针对农村人口管理的现状,提出通过GPRS通信网络,利用智能手机作为客户端实时动态地对人口信息进行管理,满足地方人口管理部门对人口信息管理便携性的要求。系统运行过程中性能稳定,数据流量少,操作简单。

摘  要：
There were more and more difficult in the management of rural population with the economic development and the changing rural population.The traditional management system WEB-based services could not meet the need for timely and dynamic management.According to the status of the rural population management,a proposal which used smart mobile phones as a client to realize real-time dynamic management of population information based GPRS network,and to meet the portability requirements of local population information management department was put forward.System is running stable,less traffic and easy to operate.
