牛乳铁蛋白肽LfcinB (4-9)抗中蜂囊状幼虫病的作用效果研究

摘  要：
选取感染中蜂囊状幼虫病的蜂群,通过拌糖水饲喂方式投给高、中、低三种浓度的LfcinB(4-9),给药后9天和18天,分别测定试验蜂群的发病率、幼虫死亡率等指标,以评价LfcinB(4-9)对中蜂的抗病效果。结果显示,隔天饲喂9天LfcinB(4-9)对中蜂囊状幼虫病的抗病效果最高为59.84%;隔天饲喂18天低浓度的LfcinB(4-9)糖浆对中蜂囊状幼虫病的抗病效果最高为72.02%。这提示LfcinB(4-9)对中蜂囊状幼虫病具有抗病作用效果。

摘  要：
The infection of Chinese bee Sacbrood bee colony,high,low,voted in three concentrations of LfcinB by mixed syrup feeding mode(4-9),after administration of 9 days and 18 days,Experimental colonies were measured,the incidence of larval mortality and other indicators,To evaluate the value of LfcinB(4-9)on the bee the effect of resistance.The results show,The next day for 9 days(4-9 LfcinB)of Chinese bee Sacbrood disease resistance effects a maximum of 59.84% LfcinB for 18 days;The low concentration(4-9)effect of resistance syrup on Chinese bee Sacbrood up to 72.02%.It is suggested that LfcinB(4-9)has antiviral effects on Chinese Sacbrood bee.
