摘 要：
Pharmacodynamic test were conducted to study the effects of Quisqualis indica L.extraction on Ascaris suum in swine.Results showed that the best dosage was 0.05mg/kg.Fecal egg counts showed that the number of eggs per gram of feces(EPG) on Ascaris suum was significantly decreased(P<0.05) after the administration of Quisqualis indica L.extraction.The biochemical indexes in pig blood had no significant(P>0.05) changes in the test.These indicated that Quisqualis indica L.extraction showed insecticidal effects on Ascaris suum,but had no impacts on pig liver,kidney,muscles and other organs.
