摘  要：
高校积极探索教授治学的有效途径,充分发挥教授在大学治理中的作用,是建立现代大学制度、完善大学治理体系的重要内容。湖南农业大学于1956年成立科学研究委员会开展教授治学以来,组织形式历经了教授委员会、学术委员会,职能权限从学术评议、审定扩展到学术决策、审议、评定和咨询,学校通过着力构建制度、组织、机制、条件"四位一体"的保障体系,在推进教授治学、鼓励学术创新、促进学校内涵建设与发展等方面发挥了重要作用。

摘  要：
It is an important content of establishing modern university system and perfecting the university governance system to actively explore the effective ways of teaching and learning by professors and give full play to the role of professors in university governance.Since Hunan Agricultural University established the Scientific Research Committee in 1956 to conduct professors governing academic studies,the organizational form has gone through the professor committee and academic committee.The personnel scale has continued to enlarge and the functional authority has continued to extend.By constructing the comprehensive development of professors governing academic study of the guarantee system,organization,mechanism and conditions,the school has played an important role in promoting the professors governing academic studies,encouraging academic innovation and promoting the connotation construction and development of school connotation.
