测定棉粕中粗蛋白含量的影响因素

摘  要:
棉粕中粗蛋白含量除了与原料品质、剥壳机的破碎度、仁壳分离筛筛网的配备、蒸炒温度、湿粕的蒸脱处理方式、水分和时间等有关外,还与样品粉碎细度和仁外含棉绒、棉壳量有关。实验结果表明:棉粕样品粉碎细度高,则样品中粗蛋白含量的测定值较高;棉粕样品中棉绒量和棉壳量高,则粗蛋白含量的测定值较低。

摘  要:
In the paper,the detection of crude protein in cottonseed meal is related in the material quality,the degree of size breakage in sheller,the separating grid,the temperature in procedure,the operation of wet cottonseed meal,water conten and time,and also related with the fineness specification,the content of woolen and shell.The results showed that the high level of machining precision leads to the high result in detection of crude protein,conversely,the high content of woolen and shell lead to the low result.
