竖罐炼锌过程中废气二噁英排放浓度及同类物分布研究

摘  要:
采用同位素稀释高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱法,对竖罐炼锌精锌工段及蒸锌工段的烟气中的二噁英进行了采样、样品净化及数据分析。对样品中4-8氯代的二噁英取得了定量结果。通过对17种二噁英类物质浓度分布特征分析,提出1,2,3,4,6,7,8-H7CDF可作为该行业特征性标志。2,3,4,7,8-P5CDF的I-TEQ贡献率最高,与垃圾焚烧、危险废物处置、钢铁冶炼等二噁英重点排放行业所获得的数值一致。同时,针对废气浓度过高问题,提出了相应的减排及环境管理措施。

摘  要:
This paper adopted isotope dilution HRGC/HRMS method to analyze the Dioxins in waste gassamples of vertical tank Zinc manufacture process.According to analyze the concentration distribution of 17 Dioxins,proposed 1,2,3,4,6,7,8-H7 CDF as the characteristic pollutatnt.2,3,4,7,8-P5 CDF has the highestcontribution to I-TEQ,which shown the same results as garbage combustion,dangerous waste combustion,steel manufacturing.Meanwhile,put forward emission reducing measurements due to the high concentrationof Dioxins in waste gas.
