摘 要:
Krashen's Acquisition-Learning Hypothesis not only brought about a brand new interpretation of L2 learning,but also a lot of disputes in the field of SLA.Therefore it is of great significance to distinguish the features and functions of acquisition and learning in the L2 learning and teaching.By comparative analysis,we can learn that the distinctions between acquisition and learning reveal the dialectic relations between a series of important factors in SLA,such as the learning contexts(natural vs.classroom),the learning experiences(direct vs.indirect),the understandings of the target language(perceptual vs.rational),motivations(internal vs.external),as well as the learning process(deductive vs.inductive).It is suggested that L2 learners should consider the distinctive features of acquisition and learning and then make the best use of their distinctive functions so as to maximize the outcome of L2 learning.
