摘 要：
在对压缩比、施压速度及压力变化规律、压榨时间、压榨过程的保温、防磨措施、榨料性质调节等关键技术进行深入研究的基础上,研制成功了LYZX系列低温螺旋预榨机。生产试验及推广应用的实践证明:LYZX系列低温螺旋预榨机不仅可用于油菜籽脱皮、低温压榨制油新工艺,适当调整技术参数后,还可广泛应用于其他油料的低温压榨,具有良好的推广应用前景。

摘 要：
On the basis of the research about some key technologies,the model LYZX low temperature screw(pre-presser) was manufactured successfully. The key technologies include pressing rate,pressing speed and rule of pressure variety,pressing time,heat preservation of the pressing process,measures of abrasion prevention and adjusting the property of oil seeds.The fact of production experiment and extending application proved that the machine can use not only for the new technics about the peeling and low temperature pressing of rapeseed,but(also) for the low temperature pressing of other oil seeds after adjusting suitably some technical parameters.So it possesses the extending application foreground.
