温度对糖胶树种子萌发特性的影响

摘  要:
以海南糖胶树种子为材料,研究温度对糖胶树种子萌发特性的影响。试验设置20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃5个温度,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标,结合有效积温模型,通过线性回归方法估算糖胶树种子萌发的最适温度、最低温度、有效积温。结果表明:20~40℃范围内,种子发芽率随温度的升高呈先增后减趋势,低温和高温明显抑制发芽。糖胶树种子发芽的最适温度为35℃,最低温度为8.58℃,有效积温为213.97℃·d,发芽历期预测式N=213.97/(T-8.58)。

摘  要:
Taking the seeds of Hainan Alstonia scholaris as material,this paper studies the effect of temperature on the seed germination characteristics. In this experiment,we determined the germination rate, germination potential and germination indexes at the temperature of20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃,40℃ respectively, and estimated the optimal temperature, minimum temperature and effective accumulated temperature of seed germination by linear regression method according to the effective accumulated temperature model. The result indicated that at the temperature of 20 ~ 40℃ the seed germination rate increased first and then decreased with the rise of temperature, so low temperature and high temperature significantly inhibited the germination. The optimal temperature of seed germination is 35℃,the minimum temperature is8.58℃,the effective accumulated temperature is 213.97℃/d,the predictive formula in the germination period is N = 213.97/(T-8.58).
