球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌对日本双棘长蠹致病力的研究

摘  要:
日本双棘长蠹Sinoxylon japonicum在天津等地区是一种重要的园林蛀干害虫。本研究采用寄主枝条浸渍喂养法研究了不同条件下球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana与绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae对日本双棘长蠹的致病力。主要结果为:当连续喂养11 d时,在28℃RH80%条件下球孢白僵菌对日本双棘长蠹的侵染效果最好,校正死亡率为88.33%,LT50为5.70 d;而绿僵菌在25℃RH90%条件下的侵染效果最好,校正死亡率为78.33%,LT50为7.27 d。当实验浓度为1×1011分生孢子/mL时,球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌的校正死亡率分别为95%和85%;实验浓度为1×109分生孢子/mL时,球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌的僵虫率分别为43.33%和38.33%。室内实验结果表明球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌具有防治日本双棘长蠹的潜力。

摘  要:
Sinoxylon japonicum is an important forest borer pest in Tianjin and other areas of northern China. Here the infection rates of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae on S. japonicus were evaluated under different conditions using immersion method. Results showed that, after 11-day's infection,B. bassiana functioned best at the condition of 28℃ and RH 80%,where the corrected mortality rate was 88. 33% and the LT50 was 5. 70 d. M. anisopliae functioned best at the condition of25℃ and RH 90%,where the corrected mortality rate was 78. 33% and the LT50 was 7. 27 d. At the concentration of 1 × 1011 conidia /mL,the corrected mortality rate for B. bassiana and M. anisopliae were95% and 85% respectively; while at the concentration of 1 × 109 conidia /mL,the corrected mortality rate reduced to 43. 33% and 38. 33% respectively. Our overall results suggest that B. bassiana and M. anisopliae are effective biological control agents for S. japonicas management.
