稷山板枣水溶性多糖提取工艺研究

摘  要:
[目的]确定稷山板枣水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺。[方法]运用超声波法,提取板枣水溶性多糖。[结果]研究了超声提取时间、超声波功率、水料比、超声温度4个因素对板枣多糖提取率的影响。通过正交试验设计,确定稷山板枣多糖超声波提取的最佳工艺条件。[结论]在超声提取时间35 min,超声波功率160 W,水料比20∶1(V/m),超声温度60℃时,板枣多糖提取率达到6.358%。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to ascertain the best extraction craft of Jishan board jujube water-soluble polysaccharide.[Method] The ultrasonic was adopted to extract board jujube polysaccharide.[Result] The effects of four factors on board jujube polysaccharide extraction rate,which were ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic power,the water-liquid ratio,ultrasonic temperature,were studied.The best ultrasonic extraction craft of board jujube polysaccharide was investigated by orthogonal test.[Conclusion] Under the condition of extraction time 35 minutes,ultrasonic power 160 W,the water-liquid ratio 20∶1(V/m),and the temperature of extraction 60 ℃,the extraction rate reached 6.358%.
