中稻两用核不育系0SH089和0SH099的特征特性研究

摘  要:
选用水稻两用核不育系0SH089、0SH099和4个恢复系,按不完全双列杂交配置8个组合(以C815S为对照),对其农艺性状、不育起点温度、异交特性、稻米品质等进行了分析,结果表明:水稻两用核不育系0SH089和0SH099的播始历期均为79 d,较对照C815S短,剑叶都具有长、直、宽的特点,光能利用效率高,分蘖较多、株型紧凑,株高分别为64.8,63.3 cm,抗倒伏能力强;单株总颖花数分别为197.3朵和196.2朵,着粒密度大;0SH089开颖历期较长、不闭颖率较高,异交结实率方面0SH089优于0SH099,均优于对照C815S,制种产量潜力可观;两不育系的稻米品质都很理想,多项指标达到国家一级优质籼稻标准。

摘  要:
In this study,several agronomical characteristics and grain quality traits of two newly developed PTGMS lines(0SH089 and 0SH099) were observed,the results showed that the growing duration from seeding to heading of 0SH089 and 0SH099 was 79 d,shorter than that of C815S;The flag leaves of the two new PTGMS lines were long,straight and wide which made them get a higher light use efficiency,0SH089 and 0SH099 characterized with strong tillering ability,compact plant type and strong lodging resistance,the plant height were 64.8 cm and 63.3 cm respectively.The total number of spikelets were 197.3 and 196.2,also with high spikelet density features.A long floral opening duration,high non-closed floral rate and high outcrossing rate was found on 0SH089 which was better than 0SH099,however,for these features,both of the two new PTGMS lines were better than the control line C815S,indicated a considerable potentials for the seed production yield;The grain quality analysis results showed that both of 0SH089 and 0SH099 were very good and a couple of the quality traits meet the national first grade standards of excellent indica rice varieties.
