3种因素对枸杞硬枝扦插的影响

摘  要：
为了探索影响枸杞硬枝扦插的因素,加速枸杞的繁殖速度,采用不同的土壤pH值(7.0、7.5、8.0)﹑不同药剂处理(100mg·L-1萘乙酸,100mg·L-1ABT生根粉1号,清水)和插穗规格[细(直径3～3.9mm),中(直径4～4.9mm),粗(直径>5mm)]处理插穗的试验[1]。通过观测新根的生长量及新梢的生长量两个指标确定最佳的因素组合。试验结果表明:最适合枸杞硬枝插条的因素组合为插穗规格为细(直径3～3.9mm)用清水处理扦插于土壤pH为7.0的酸碱度中培养。

摘  要：
In order to explore the effective factors of hardwood cuttings of Chinese wolfberry. The treatments were designed un- der different soil pH values(7.0,7.5,8.0),different pharmaceutical treatment(100 mg·L-1 NAA,100 mg·L-1 ABT ABT1,clear water) and different cutting specifications [small(diameter 3~3.9mm),medium(diameter 4~4.9mm), coarse (diameter>5mm)][1]. The opti- mal combination of factors were determined through the observation of two indicators which were the growths of new roots and shoots The experimental results showed that the most suitable combination of factors for hardwood cuttings of Chinese wolfberry are small cutting specification(diameter 3~3.9mm),clear water treatment and cuttage in soil pH 7.0.
