种子引发技术对甜菜纸筒育苗出苗的影响

摘  要:
为了解决甜菜纸筒育苗出苗质量问题,试验于2011年在黑龙江省农垦九三分局、讷河市、海伦市3个地点进行,以引发技术处理过的甜菜Bastion、Acero两品种的丸粒化种子和普通丸粒化种子为试验材料,采用大棚育苗方法对其出苗状况进行了研究。结果表明,与普通丸粒化种子相比,引发技术处理过的提前2d出苗,提前2d达到发芽峰值,发芽率提高了2.50%~15.00%,日平均发芽率提高了4.48%~74.42%,发芽指数增加1.81%~5.20%。引发技术处理过的甜菜种子出苗快、利于尽快达到苗齐,利于纸筒育苗苗床管理、提高育苗质量。

摘  要:
In order to promote seedling quality of sugarbeet in paper-pot,the experiment was carried out in Jiusan,Nehe and Hailun.Using the seeds of 'Bastion' and 'Acero' treated by priming technology(XBEET) and the seeds of 'Bastion' and 'Acero'without any treatedent(CHECK,as the controls) as the testing materials.The experiment used the method of seedling in plastic-film greenhouse to study the seedling status.The results showed that the seedling status time and sprouting peak of XBEET were two days earlier than CHECK's.The germination rate of XBEET increased by 2.50%-15.00%,daily average germination percentage increased by 4.48%-74.42%,the germination index increased 1.81%-5.20%.The fast emergence of the seedling XBEET was beneficial to arrive seedling even as soon as possible and was beneficial to manage the seedbed in paper-pot and to promote the seedling quality.
