QuEChERS-高效液相色谱法测定饲料中牛至香酚新方法的研究

摘  要：
采用QuEChERS高效液相色谱法测定饲料中牛至香酚主成分含量.方法前处理技术为1%乙酸溶液+乙腈=1+1(v+v)作为流动相,以Hypersil GOLDTMC18(250*4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱作为分离柱,样品通过50%乙腈水溶液提取,样品溶液经过C18和硅酸镁吸附材料净化,净化液在波长275 nm处进行测定.结果表明,本法在不同样品中的加标回收率为香芹酚92.4%~101.5%,百里香酚92.9%~98.7%;精密度(n=6)为香芹酚1.4%~4.8%,百里香酚为1.7%~4.5%;两种物质检出限均为0.1 mg/kg,定量限均为0.3 mg/kg.方法回收率高,精密度满足要求,稳定性好,为牛至香酚含量的测定提供了数据支撑.

摘  要：
Determination of the main component of oregano phenol in the feed by QuEchERS high performance liquid chromatography. The pretreatment technique was used 1% acetic acid solution+acetonitrile=1+1(v+v) as the mobile phase, and Hypersil GOLD~(TM)C18(250×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used as the separation column, and the sample extracted by 50% acetonitrile. The sample solution is purified by C18 and magnesium silicate adsorbent, and the purified solution is measured at a wavelength of 275 nm. The results showed that the recoveries of this method in different samples were92.4%～101.5% for carvacrol, 92.9%～98.7% for thymol, and the precision(n=6) was 1.4%～4.8% for carvacrol, 1.7%～4.5% for thymol, the detection limit of both substances is 0.1 mg/kg, the limit of quantification is 0.3 mg/kg, the method has high recovery rate and stable precision, which provides data support for the determination of oregano phenol content.
