东北肉用绵羊公羔去势育肥后肉用性能与肉质变化的研究

摘  要:
在相同饲养条件下,分析绵羊断奶公羔去势后生长性能与肉质的变化,结果表明:去势公羔平均日增重显著低于非去势公羔(0.05);嫩度提高,膻味物质含量显著减少。

摘  要:
The experiment analyzed the change of castration for weaning lambs production performance and meat quality, in the case of the same feeding conditions. The results show :the average daily gain of castration lambs were significant lower than that of non-castration lambs( < 0.01),tenderness were more better,smell of mutton were lower.
