摘  要:
为检验塞拉菌素制剂对皮肤的过敏性,以化学药物指导原则为指导,进行了豚鼠最大化试验(GPMT)和Buehler豚鼠封闭斑贴试验(BT)。用2,4-二硝基氯苯溶液作为阳性对照物,在GPMT试验和BT试验的阳性对照组的致敏率分别为80%和70%,对豚鼠的致敏率较高,2个试验受试物组的致敏率均为0,表明塞拉菌素对豚鼠没有致敏性。

摘  要:
To measure the skin sensitization,the guinea pig maximination test(GPMT) and Buehler test(BT) for selamectin preparation were performed according to the guidance of chemistry medicine.The results showed that the sensitization rate of the positive control group which used 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene solution in GPMT test and BT test was 80% and 70%,respectively;while the sensitization rate of the test group in both tests were zero.The results proved that there was no sensitization of selamectin to guinea pigs.
