分离肝素钠的树脂筛选及其吸附工艺优化

摘  要:
通过对6种大孔径阴离子交换树脂吸附肝素钠情况的分析,最终选定吸附效果最佳的D208大孔径树脂作为研究对象,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化D208大孔径树脂吸附肝素钠的工艺条件。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为:盐浓度0.5 mol.L-1,吸附时间5 h,吸附温度45℃,pH值8.5。在最佳提取工艺条件下,粗品肝素钠的效价达到100 U.mg-1。

摘  要:
To extract heparin sodium,the adsorption effects of heparin sodium by several macroporous resins were investigated and the D208 macroporous resin was chosen as the best experimental material.Based on the single factor experiments and the orthogonal experiment optimization,the optimal conditions of D208 macroporous resin for the absorption of heparin sodium were 0.5 mol·L-1 of salt concentration,5 h of adsorption time,45 ℃ of the adsorption temperature,8.5 of the pH value.The titer of final extracted heparin sodium was 100 U·mg-1.
