基于三维坐标数据的烟草植株叶曲线拟合研究

摘  要:
为定量化描述烟草株型特征,构建准确的烟草叶曲线拟合方法。采用三维激光扫描技术获取了精确的烟株叶曲面结构数据,由此提取了表征叶片空间伸展特征的叶中脉曲线的空间坐标。对不同品种、不同生育期烟株的不同叶位叶曲线进行了提取。将叶曲线三维空间坐标变换到二维平面,采用不同形式的圆锥曲线方程对其进行拟合。结果表明:对于叶尖无回勾现象的叶曲线,使用抛物线方程拟合能够满足要求且方程表达式简单、稳定性高;对于叶尖有回勾现象的叶曲线,采用抛物线和椭圆组合分段拟合能够得到很好的效果。该方法具有普遍适用性,可准确描述烟草叶曲线的形态特征。

摘  要:
The objective of this study is to determine suitable fitting models of tobacco leaf curves, so as to provide a reliable way for the quantitative description of tobacco plant types. Accurate geometrical shape of tobacco leaves was obtained through 3D laser scanning technology based on geometrical data. 3D coordinates of leaf midrib curves of different varieties at different growth stages were extracted. The 3D coordinates of leaf curves were transformed to 2D plane and were fitted with general quadratic equation, elliptic equation, parabolic equation and the combination equation. Results showed that for leaf curves without hook-like tips, the parabolic equation could fit well, boasting simplicity and high stability. While for leaf curves with hook-like tips, a combination model of parabolic and elliptic equation was a good choice. The method was universally applicable and could accurately describe morphological characteristics of tobacco leaf curves.
