小麦对麦红吸浆虫生化抗性机制的研究

摘 要:
通过37个不同抗性的小麦品种(系)的受害与未受害籽粒中生化物质含量的测定及其可溶性蛋白的电泳分析,明确了小麦品种对吸浆虫的生化抗性是以诱导抗性为主的多因子综合抗性。总酚、单宁和还原糖是影响其生化抗虫性的关键因子,总酚尤为重要;类黄酮为次要因子;可溶性糖与品种抗虫性关系不明显。总酚和还原糖与小麦的诱导抗虫性有关,而单宁与之无明显相关性。抗虫品种籽粒受害后,可溶性蛋白谱带上出现了1条分子量为39.2kD的蛋白带,可能与品种抗虫性有关。

摘 要:
The biochemical mechanisms of 37 wheat varieties /Iines resistant to wheat midge Sitodiplosis mosellana Gehin were studied by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophore- sis and chemical analysis methods to explore the possible factors contributing to wheat midge resistance. Principle analysis and variance analysis showed that the biochemical re- sistance of wheat to S. mosellana is multi-factoral and synthetic , of which , the induced re- sistance was the main one. Total phenolics , tannins , reduced sugar , and flavonoids were the factors of wheat resistance to wheat midge , their rather strong effects appeared at ear- ly milky stage. Total phenolics , tannins , and reduced sugar played more important parts than flavonoids , and total phenols was the most important factor of the three. Soluble car- bohydrate shows little correlation to wheat resistance. Total phenolics and reduced sugar were the substances of wheat induced resistance to wheat midge , while tannins had no re- lation to induced resistance. The components of soluble proteins in resistant wheat vari- eties changed after being infested by S. mosellana , and a new band of 39. 2 kD appeared , suggesting that it may be related to the resistance of wheat to S. mosellana.
