我国农村女性贫困问题与贫困治理研究

摘  要：
"贫困女性化"是全球面临的共同问题,消除女性贫困也是全球贫困治理的共同任务。文章基于文献梳理视角,在对国家社科基金项目数据库以"农村女性"与"女性贫困"为关键词进行检索并从学科视角和研究主题进行梳理基础上,对农村女性的贫困现象、贫困表现以及贫困多维影响进行了分类研判,对既有反贫困政策和项目实施中的贫困治理性别偏差进行分析,提出将性别意识引入公共政策和贫困治理项目、对女性实施赋权和增能、培育女性主体意识、开展女性技能培训等相关建议。

摘  要：
Feminization of poverty is a common issue faced by global world and female poverty alleviation is the common task in the field of global poverty governance. From the perspective of literature reviewing and searching on the project database of Chinese National Social Science Fund through key words of rural female and female poverty, this article summarizes on the distribution of annual projects and its focusing topics, classifies the poverty performance and the multiple impacts of female poverty on household and rural society, analyzes the gender-oriented deviation both on the anti-poverty policy and the implementation of poverty projects, puts at least four suggestions to improve poverty governance related to rural female, which include introducing gender consciousness into public policy and poverty-related projects, empowering rights to the rural female, increasing female's self-consciousness, as well as providing more skills training program to improve female's human capital.
