纤维素酶对甘蔗梢酶解效果研究

摘  要:
以甘蔗梢为材料,设置1.00 IU/g、2.00 IU/g、3.00 IU/g、4.00 IU/g、5.00 IU/g和6.00 IU/g六个不同的纤维素酶添加量,研究纤维素酶对甘蔗梢的酶解效果。结果表明:(1)在0~6.00 IU/g范围内,纤维素酶水解甘蔗梢能极显著提高还原糖生成量,而且还原糖生成量随纤维素酶添加量的增加而显著提高(P<0.01)。(2)在0~3.00 IU/g范围内,纤维素酶水解甘蔗梢能极显著降低中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.01),而在3.00~6.00 IU/g时,NDF和ADF的含量随纤维素酶添加量的增加而有逐步降低的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05),表明纤维素酶最佳添加量为3.00 IU/g,此时NDF和ADF含量分别为61.80%、34.69%,与对照组相比分别降低了16.04%(P<0.01)和9.68%(P<0.01)。(3)纤维素酶不同添加量对甘蔗梢酸性不溶性灰分(AIA)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、灰分(Ash)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)含量的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
Based on the material of sugarcane tip, this paper studied effects of different concentrations of cellulose enzyme on the effect of enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane tip. The results showed that when the concentration was less than 6.00 IU/g, cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane tip could significantly improve the amount of the reducing sugar and it along with the quantity of cellulase joins increaseing to enhance(P< 0.01). However, when the concentration was between 0 and 3.00 IU/g, cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane tip could significantly decrease the amount of the NDF and ADF(P<0.01), while between 3.00 and 6.00 IU/g,the contents of the NDF and ADF had gradually decreased along with the increase of cellulose, but the difference was not significant(P >0.05). This was also suggested that the optimum concentration of cellulose enzyme was 3.00 IU/g and the content of NDF and ADF was 61.80% and 34.69%. In contrast with the control group, which have reduced by 16.04%(P<0.01)and 9.68%(P<0.01), respectively. In addition, different concentrations of cellulose enzyme on the contents of sugarcane tip AIA, ADL, Ash, CP, EE were not significant difference(P>0.05).
