三重分筛式半夏收获机设计

摘 要:
半夏收获机作为收获半夏的唯一工具,在农业机械行业中占据着非常重要的地位。为此,针对目前半夏收获机存在的收获效率不高、收获精度差、耗能较大等缺点,为提高半夏收获精度,达到免除半夏人工二次筛分过程、降低收货成本的目的,提出设计了一种新型节能半夏收获机。为此,首先从装置结构及其工作原理角度对该装置进行了描述,并详细设计了主要零部件的具体参数;随后基于Pro/E对主要部件建模并对装置进行了运动学仿真;最后,对装置的经济效益进行了分析。此种新型半夏收获机不仅机构尺寸小、半夏收获效果好,而且装置的运行便于控制,能很好地实现半夏高质量、高效率的收获,可满足市场上对半夏收获机的需求。

摘 要:
Pinellia tuber harvester now as the only tool for harvesting of Pinellia ternata,occupy a very important position in agricultural machinery industry; Aiming at the existing pinellia tuber harvester harvesting efficiency is not high,poor accuracy,energy harvesting larger shortcomings,in order to improve the accuracy of pinellia tuber harvest,to avoid manual two screening process,Pinellia ternate decreased receipt cost,provides a novel energy-saving pinellia tuber harvester design.This paper first from the device structure and working principle of the deviceare described,the specific parameters and the detailed design of the main parts,then based on the PRO / E for the main components of the device modeling and kinematics simulation was carried out at the end of the device,the economic benefits and energy efficiency are analyzed.This new kind of pinellia tuber harvester not only mechanism of small size,pinellia tuber harvest effect is good,and the operation of the apparatus is easy to control,can realize high quality pinellia,the efficiency of the harvest,to meet the market demand for Pinellia tuber harvester.
