南瓜属4个种及种间杂种耐热性比较

摘  要:
针对当前南瓜生产中存在的越夏困难问题,选取中国南瓜、美洲南瓜、印度南瓜、黑籽南瓜等4个栽培种以及部分种间杂种共18个材料,进行了田间耐热性调查、人工高温胁迫条件下生存率及POD活性的研究。结果表明,黑籽南瓜耐热性最好,中国南瓜耐热性次之,印度南瓜耐热性中等,美洲南瓜耐热性最差;同一个种内的不同试材存在耐热性差异;中国南瓜与美洲南瓜或印度南瓜种间杂种一代的耐热性较杂交亲本美洲南瓜或印度南瓜有显著提高。

摘  要:
Aiming at the problem of difficult summer crossing in pumpkin production, 18 materials were selected from 4 cultivated species and some interspecific hybrids, such as Cucurbita moschata Duch, Cucurbita pepo L., Cucurbita maxima Duch and Cucurbita ficifolia Bouche, to investigate the field heat tolerance, survival rate under artificial high temperature stress and POD activity. The result showed that the heat resistance of Cucurbita ficifolia Bouche was the best, followed by Cucurbita moschata Duch, Cucurbita maxima Duch was middling, Cucurbita pepo L. was the worst. Different materials in the same species had different heat resistance. The heat resistance of interspecific hybrids F1 Cucurbita maxima Duch ×Cucurbita moschata Duch or Cucurbita moschata Duch ×Cucurbita pepo L. was significantly higher than that of their parents Cucurbita maxima Duch or Cucurbita pepo L..
