新品种烟叶烟气危害性指数分析研究

摘  要:
【目的】分析烤烟新品种烟叶的危害性指数,为卷烟开发提供数据参考。【方法】通过烟草行业标准分析方法,对38个新品种烟叶烟气常规化学成分(焦油、烟气水分和烟碱)和7项烟气成分(NH3、HCN、苯酚、巴豆醛、B[a]P、NNK和CO)进行分析及计算,得到其烟气危害性指数(H值)。【结果】29个新品种烟叶的烟气焦油量均小于11 mg/支,30个新品种的烟碱含量处于0.9~1.2 mg/支,符合卷烟工业的需求;33个样品的H值小于烟草行业卷烟产品的平均值(8.60),能满足卷烟工业的需求;15个新品种烟叶样品的H值小于8.00,可用于开发低危害卷烟。【结论】大部分烤烟新品种烟叶的烟碱含量、烟气焦油量及H值均符合卷烟工业开发的需求。

摘  要:
[Purpose]In order to investigate hazard indexes of mainstream smoke(H) of 38 new flue-cured tobacco varieties. [Method]Routine chemical components(tar, moisture and nicotine)and 7 toxic chemicals(NH3, HCN, phenol, crotonaldehyde, B[a]P, NNK and CO) of mainstream smoke of 38 new flue-cured tobacco varieties were detected, and then their H indexes were calculated by standard methods.[Result]Tar of mainstream smoke in tobacco leaves of 29 varieties were below 11 mg/cig., nicotine of 30 varieties were below 1.2 mg/cig., suggested most varieties satisfied the cigarette manufacture; H indexes of 33 varieties were below the normal H index(8.60) of cigarette products, thus suggested these varieties satisfied the requirements of the cigarette production. H indexes of 15 varieties were below 8.00, and these varieties could be used for development of low hazard cigarettes. [Conclusion]Based on the tar content, nicotine content and H index, most varieties were suitable for cigarette development of cigarettes' manufacturer.
