2016年山东省猪病毒性疫病的病原学检测

摘  要:
为了解2016年山东省几种主要猪病毒性疫病的流行情况,采用荧光定量RT-PCR或PCR方法,对山东省部分猪场送检的730份病料进行了病原学检测。结果检出248份阳性病料,样品个体阳性检出率由高到低的病原依次为猪圆环病毒2型(13.02%)、猪蓝耳病病毒(10.41%)、古典猪瘟病毒(8.08%)、猪流行性腹泻病毒(7.26%)、猪伪狂犬病毒(3.84%)、猪轮状病毒(1.65%)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(0.14%);样品混合感染阳性率为8.08%,以猪蓝耳病病毒和猪圆环病毒2型混合感染最为常见(3.02%)。本次病原学检测为山东省猪场病毒性疾病的综合防控提供了数据参考。

摘  要:
In order to analyze the epidemic situation of several swine viral diseases in Shandong Province in 2016,a total of 730 samples were detected by fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR or PCR method. The results showed that there were 248 positive samples,and disease types were listed according to individual positive rates from high to low :Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2,13.02%),Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV,10.41%),Classical swine fever virus(CSFV,8.08%),Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV,7.26%),Pseudorabies virus(PRV,3.84%),Porcine rotavirus(PRo V,1.65%),Transmissible gastroenteri tis virus(TGEV,0.14%). Meanwhile,mixed infection rate was identified 8.08%,and the coinfection of PRRSV and PCV-2 was the most common(ratio of 3.02%). The results of statistical analysis would provide certain theoretical reference for comprehensive prevention and control of viral diseases in swine farms in Shandong Province.
