太空诱变创制优异海岛棉资源

摘  要:
【目的】利用"实践8号"返回式育种卫星搭载海岛棉B-3029种子,通过太空综合环境因素诱发种子的基因变异,创制新的海岛棉种质资源。【方法】经过在田间对材料的生物学性状和农艺性状观察研究,结合棉纤维品质检测,筛选高产、优质、抗病的新品系。【结果】获得5个海岛棉新品系3702、3706、3710、3715和3721,同时获得10余份衣分大于35%,铃重大于3.5 g,纤维长度大于38 mm,断裂比强度大于50 c N/tex的新种质材料。【结论】空间诱变育种可以较大程度提高育种效率。

摘  要:
【Objective】In this study,dry seeds of G. barbadense B- 3029 were carried by recovery satellite SJ- 8" for mutagenesis. Through integrated environmental factors in space,gene mutation of G. barbadense B- 3029 were induced,new germplasm resources were created.【Method】By field research and testing of cotton fiber quality,high yield,high quality and resistant materials were selected.【Result】Five new lines( 3702,3706,3710,3715 and 3721) which had comprehensive excellent traits were selected,a group of breeding materials were improved and innovated. 【Conclusion】Breeding efficiency were improved by space mutation breeding,we should take advantage space mutation more in our future research and breeding technologies.
