摘  要:
为了探究日本结缕草修剪后防御响应的分子机制,分析防御类植物激素茉莉酸(JA)和脱落酸(ABA)对这一过程的影响,对日本结缕草品种"Zenith"在修剪后0,2,6 h和24h四个时间点,创伤叶片的过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量及细胞膜透性进行检测,以探究其叶片创伤程度随时间的变化,同时通过对内源JA和ABA水平的检测,以及这两种植物激素信号转导途径四个关键基因相对表达量的检测,来探究JA和ABA对修剪后日本结缕草防御响应的影响,初步探究日本结缕草耐机械损伤胁迫的分子机制,以期为提高禾本科草地植物耐修剪和抗践踏性能提供理论基础。

摘  要:
In order to explore the molecular mechanisms of the defense response of Zoysia japonica after cutting, we studied some influences that those phytohormones such as Jasmonic Acid(JA), Abscisic Acid(ABA) had caused on this process. In this research, hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2)level and cell membrane permeability of wounded leaves of Zoysia japonica cultivar 'Zenith' were detected at 0, 2, 6 h and 24 h after cutting and we probed into its leaf degree of trauma changed over time. In the meantime, by the detection to endogenous JA and ABA level, and by the detection to relative transcript level of four key genes on signal transduction pathway about these two phytohormones, the effects on defense response of Zoysia japonica after cutting from JA and ABA were investigated thoroughly. The molecular mechanism of Zoysia japonica resistance to mechanical damage stress was also initially researched in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the cutting and trampling resistance of grassland plants in the grass family.
