沉积物中四氟醚唑前处理方法的优化

摘  要:
[目的]由于沉积物自身成分的复杂以及其他有机污染物组分的残留,使得沉积物中四氟醚唑的提取、分离、净化与富集的难度加大,对沉积物样品中四氟醚唑残留检测的前处理条件进行了优化。[方法]采用丙酮-水(体积比为9:1)振荡提取,二氯甲烷液-液分配,中性氧化铝与弗罗里硅土的复合层析柱净化,除去了大量的杂质和一些极性较弱的物质,降低了基质对目标物的干扰。[结果]当添加质量分数为0.5~5.0μg/kg,四氟醚唑在2种来源不同沉积物中的平均回收率分别为96.76%~102.66%和88.66%~106.70%,变异系数分别为6.32%~10.50%和6.72%~13.63%。[结论]该前处理方法适合沉积物中四氟醚唑残留量的检测。

摘  要:
[Aims]The sediment composition was very complicated and it had many residues of other organic pollutants.So it would increase the difficulty with extraction,separation,purification and enrichment of tetraconazole in sediment.The pretreatment conditions of the tetraconazole in sediment was optimized in this paper.[Methods]The sediment samples were extracted by acetone-water(9:1,by vol),partitioned by dichloromethane and purified by a complex column of florisil and neutral alumina.It would remove a lot of trash and low-polar material which could effectively reduce the influence of the substrate to targets.[Results]With the addition concentration of 0.5-5.0 μg/kg,the average recoveries of tetraconazole in two different source sediments were 96.76-102.66% and 88.66-106.70%;the coefficients of variation were 6.32-10.50% and 6.72-13.63%.[Conlusions]The preparation method could be applied to the analysis of sediment samples with tetraconazole.
