基于虚拟样机的卡车转向机构的改进设计

摘  要:
针对某卡车转向沉重的问题,基于多体动力学软件ADAMS建立了该车的虚拟样机,开发了转向轻便性虚拟试验平台,进行了转向机构的改进设计。利用所建立的虚拟样机和试验平台,进行了该车改进前后的转向轻便性的虚拟试验研究。同时,为了验证仿真的结果,还对改进后的卡车进行了转向轻便性的道路试验研究,结果表明,仿真与试验结果具有较好的一致性,转向机构的改进设计改善了该车的转向轻便性。

摘  要:
According to the problem of a truck steering heaviness,the paper has built the virtual model of the truck and steering agility test environment by the multibody dynamics software ADAMS,and improves the steering system.Using the virtual model and virtual test environment,the steering agility virtual tests have been finished.At the same time,in order to verify the simulation results,the steering agility road tests are carried out with improved truck.The result shows that simulation and road test have a good accordance,the design improvement of the steering system can improve the truck steering agility.
