数字乡村建设发展困境及路径优化研究

摘  要：
数字乡村作为农业农村现代化发展和转型进程，国家高度重视其建设工作。目前各个数字乡村试点正在积极探索建设模式，在取得一定成效同时，仍有许多不足。结合数字乡村建设过程中设计、规划经验，从数字鸿沟、农业产业数字化、数字乡村治理体系、智慧农业4个视角探讨了现阶段数字乡村建设发展的困境，提出了数字乡村顶层设计、数字乡村标准体系建设等工作的必要性，为其他学者开展数字乡村研究提供参考与启发。

摘  要：
As a process of agricultural and rural modernization development and transformation,the country attaches great importance to the construction of digital village. At present,each pilot of digital village is actively exploring the construction mode,although achieving some results,there are still many predicament. Combined with the experience of designing & planning in the process of digital village construction,this paper discussed the predicament in the construction and development of digital village at the present stage from the perspectives of digital divide,digitalization of agricultural industry,digital village governance system and smart agriculture,moreover put forward the necessity of top-level design of digital village and construction of digital village standard system,so as to provide reference and inspiration for other scholars to carry out research on digital village.
