农药中间体三氯吡啶酚的合成工艺研究

摘  要:
以三氯乙酰氯和丙烯腈为主要原料,在催化剂的存在下,获得三氯吡啶酚。试验考察了溶剂、反应温度、反应时间和投料比对三氯吡啶酚产率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为硝基苯250 mL,n(丙烯腈)∶n(三氯乙酰氯)为1.4∶1.0,反应温度135℃,反应时间9 h,三氯吡啶酚的收率可以达到68%。

摘  要:
3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-ol was synthesized by trichloroacetyl chloride with acrylonitrile in the presence of catalyst.The effects of solvents,reaction temperature,reaction time and reactants ratio on the yield were explored,and the optimal reaction condition was obtained as follows: 250 mL nitrobenzene,molar ratio of acrylonitrile to trichloroactyl chloride 1.4:1.0,reaction at 135℃ for 9 h.The yield could reach to 68% under this condition.
