农户用药行为影响因素研究——以海南省为例

摘 要：
基于计划行为理论(TPB)的分析框架,构建结构方程模型(SEM),并使用海南省7个市县冬季瓜菜种植农户的一手调研数据,对农户的用药行为影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明,行为规范(包括农产品检测、质量安全监管、农技指导等)是影响农户用药行为的主要因素,高于农户行为认知对用药行为的影响;而行为认知作为影响农户用药行为的第二大因素,不仅受行为规范的影响,也受到农户行为能力的制约;着眼于提高农户用药行为安全性的政策,必须把农户特征考虑进来,针对特征不同的农户调整的政策重点。

摘 要：
This article mainly discusses the factors that influence the pesticide-use behavior with SEM mode based on the TPB theory and the first-hand data about farmers who plant anti-season melons vegetables of seven cities and counties in Hainan Province.The survey demonstrates that code of conduct is the primary reason to which behavior recognition definitely is second.Moreover,as a consequence of consciousness,commitment,intention and so on,there is a distance from behavior recognition to pesticide-use behavior.The policies which intend to improve the pesticide-use behavior of farmers must take characteristic into account and refocusing according to different characteristics.
