聚砜-Fe_3O_4磁性复合超滤膜的制备及应用

摘  要:
采用相转化法把纳米Fe3O4颗粒填充到聚砜中制备磁性复合超滤膜。由扫描电镜、原子力显微镜观察可知,纳米粒子在膜中分布基本均匀,在30μm×30μm观测范围内复合膜的粗糙度只有46.059nm。在不同磁场强度下,分别考察了聚砜-Fe3O4磁性复合超滤膜对葛根素、芦丁单体的超滤实验。两种单体的透过率随磁场强度变化趋势不同,葛根素在0.2T磁场下透过率达到最大,芦丁在0.4T下透过率达到最大。这种差异表明有望利用这种磁性复合超滤膜,通过调节外加磁场实现对一系列不同物质的连续分离。

摘  要:
Polysulfone(PSF)-Fe3O4 composite ultrafiltration membrane was made by phase-inversion process.SEM,AFM showed that most particles distributing uniformly in the membrane and the mean surface roughness(RMS) was only 46.059 nm in the range of the scan areas 30μm×30μm.The puerarin and troxerutin ultrafiltration with the PSF-Fe3O4 composite membrane in different magnetic intensities were performed respectively.The change current of permeation with the intensity were different.In the puerarin ultrafiltration test,the permeation got to maximum in 0.2 T while in the troxerutin test,the permeation got to maximum in 0.4 T.The difference proves the novel idea that different objects can be separated with only a composite membrane in turn by controlling the magnetic field doable.
