顺式氯氰菊酯在不同pH值下的光化学降解

摘  要:
为全面正确地评价顺式氯氰菊酯的残留降解行为,借助气相色谱检测技术和光解仪研究了其在不同光源下(自然光和300W高压汞灯)和不同pH值缓冲溶液中的光化学降解行为.结果表明,顺式氯氰菊酯在高压汞灯下的光化学降解速率远远大于在自然光下的,在自然光下的半衰期约为高压汞灯下的195倍;顺式氯氰菊酯在不同pH缓冲溶液中的光化学降解也呈现出一定的规律:随着溶液pH值的升高,顺式氯氰菊酯的光解速率加快,说明顺式氯氰菊酯在碱性溶液中比在酸性溶液中更容易光解.因此,在评价顺式氯氰菊酯的生态环境行为与效应时,应充分考虑实际环境水体中pH值的影响.

摘  要:
In order to estimate the behavior of α-cypermethrin exactly,the respective effects of different light sources(sunlight and 300 W high-pressure mercury lamp) and different pH buffer solutions(from 3 to 11) on photolysis of α-cypermethrin were studied by gas chromatography.It was shown from the result that under different light sources the photolysis of α-cypermethrin was in order of high-pressure mercury lamp>sunlight illumination,and its half life of in the sunlight was 195.02 times compared with high-pressure mercury lampI.t could be induced that light source was the key factor in degradation of α-cypermethrin.The photolysis of α-cypermethrin in pH buffer solutions presented the certain rule:the photolysis rate of α-cypermethrin decreased as the pH increased,which was the photolysis of α-cypermethrin was much easier in the alkali solution than in the acid solution.It can be concluded that the light sources and pH had respective effect on the photolysis of α-cypermethrin in water.Therefore,when the environmental behavior and the effect of α-cypermethrin is assessed,it is also vital to consider the pH in water.
