分析种粮农民老龄化问题及其影响,探讨如何化解种粮农民老龄化影响粮食安全的问题,提出从完善优惠政策,大力扶持合作社发展;加强人才培养,提升自我发展能力;强化组织引导,保障合作社稳定发展三个方面扶持农机合作社发展壮大,打造粮食生产主体,保障粮食生产安全发展。

摘  要：
Analysis the issues and implications of aging grain farmers, discuss how to resolve the issues of aging grain farmers effects on food security. Proposed to improve incentives and vigorously support the development of cooperatives; strengthen personnel training and enhance self-development;strengthen the organization's guidance and guarantee the stable development of cooperatives. Through the above three as-pects, to support the development and expansion of agricultural cooperatives, build the main grain production, and guarantee the safe devel-opment of food production.
