青贮饲料收获机设计与试验

摘  要:
青贮饲料在我国畜牧业发展中占据着重要的地位。为此,主要论述了9QS-1000型青贮饲料收获机主要参数的设计与计算及性能试验。该机可由40~48kW拖拉机悬挂,由液压控制升降,调整割茬高度进行不对行收获、切碎、抛送。通过性能与生产试验表明,各项指标均达到设计与青贮饲料收获技术要求,其参数可作为青贮饲料收获机的设计依据。

摘  要:
During the husbandry animal's development, ensilage has the important standing. Hence, the design and calculation procedures of the principal parameters and performance test of the ensilage harvester 9QS-1000 model have been presented in this paper. This harvester is suspended by tractor 40-48kw, and hydraulically adjusts the forage stubble height to harvest, cut and convey without necessary of keeping align with ridge. The production test reveals that each parameter index has met the requirements of design for harvesting ensilage and fodder. The parameters provide a basis on designing ensilage harvester.
